Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end software development projects leveraging .NET, Angular, and Azure technologies. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background combined with excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and leadership skills. This role requires close collaboration with development teams, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple cross-functional project teams delivering web and cloud-based applications using .NET, Angular, and Azure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
• Translate business requirements into detailed project plans and technical requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective and transparent communication.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to make informed technology decisions.
• Conduct regular status meetings and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and executives.
• Drive process improvements and promote best practices in Agile and/or hybrid project delivery models.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and security guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years managing projects using .NET, Angular, and Azure technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing large-scale application development and cloud migration projects.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP.
• Prior experience as a developer or technical lead using .NET and Angular.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application development on Azure.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards in cloud environments.
