We have an exciting new job opportunity at our location in Hyderabad, India.
We are looking to hire a Digital Assets Life-cycle Management Data Analyst.

Welcome to our team - Our Life-Cycle Management and Data Analytics Team supports the work of our IT and automation teams from manufacturing sites worldwide. We use data about the state of our digital systems, collected from multiple sources. We provide data analytics services, including reports, dashboards, in-depth analysis, investigations, and data platform engineering, on behalf of our customers. The role will provide an excellent opportunity to develop a broad understanding of manufacturing systems and exposure to many new technologies; you may work on projects that support manufacturing, cybersecurity, risk management, or life cycle management.

Primary Experience

• Demonstrated ability to use data analytics to resolve business problems.
• Working with practice leads to understanding, collecting and utilising multiple data sources.
• Ability to interact and communicate with various IT & business teams, at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent facilitation and consultation skills.

Your Profile

• 3 – 5 years' experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the life sciences industry, with some prior experience working as a data analyst.
• Degree required, preferably in Automatic Control Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience working with IT assets service management platforms, such as ServiceNow.
• Prior experience working with data analytics and visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Preferably, prior experience working with IT agile process supporting tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of software development principles and lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including IT leadership, business customers, team members, and other IT colleagues.
• Fluent in English, in both oral and written communication.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analysis of the status of digital assets using operational metrics and reports, and provide insights based on these reviews.
• Contribute to the development of data analysis reports and dashboards.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports, presentations and provide critical inputs for various meetings
• Contribute to planning and documenting the activities of the team.
