Requirements: 1.Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Global Marketing, Social Media/Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, Sustainable Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Business Management,  OR relevant experience. 2.Must have at least 5 years of marketing experience (preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality, corporate events and/or wedding industry). 3.Must have effective communication and writing skills in English, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and decision making skills. 4.Must be enterprising, creative and adaptable. 5.Must understand and be able to ideate and create a mix of tailored marketing activities across online and offline platforms.   Expected to:
  1. Work with Head of each business vertical to identify key areas of focus.
  2. Plan for each business vertical and make sure a consistent marketing plan as well as promotional activities for key interventions are identified, planned and put together in a timely manner.
  3. Create and drive awareness of the Tamarind Global Brand Identity by making sure all internal and external communication, content, creative and collateral is consistent with brand identity guidelines.
  4. Make sure Tamarind Global platforms are up to date and reflect Tamarind Global services in the best possible way. i.e. website, microsites, digital platforms, brochures, presentations and so on.
  5. Identify the key media outlets/alliances to communicate all verticals of business and take initiative to develop plans around each requirement and execute the same.
  6. Help create integrated brand communication for master brand and create opportunities to increase brand awareness in B2B as well as B2C markets.
  7. Help plan, strategize and execute marketing campaigns, media planning and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market.
  8. Help create marketing mix for all products and services to develop effective product positioning in the market.
  9. Provide analysis of in market response to all initiatives undertaken by brand.
  10. Help identify avenues for monetizing Tamarind Global ad space.
  11. Pitch Tamarind ad space online and offline mediums to tourism boards, hotels and industry partners.
  12. Understand and strategize performance marketing.
