As a
Software Development Engineer
, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality digital products that drive business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product engineering initiatives, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions.

Your Impact

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop and enhance digital products.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance product quality, performance, and user experience.
• Work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, execution, and delivery of product features.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in software development and product engineering. Preferably with an internet product-based company.
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, building processes, testing, System Design and Architecture (HLD/LLD) and operations experience
• Experience with data structures or algorithms and strong knowledge on computer science fundamentals.
• Experience in professional software development experience, including demonstrated experience designing, building, and operating scalable, production-grade systems
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages including, but not limited to Python, Java,
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture and distributed systems. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices

Set Yourself Apart With

• Experience in full-stack development and knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Angular, or ).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS Certified Developer, Google Professional Cloud Developer, etc.).
• Background in working with large-scale, high-traffic digital products.
