Admission Counsellor/Sales

Location: Rural Area, Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab Job Type: Contract (December 2024 – April 2025) Compensation: ₹2,000 – ₹2,500 per confirmed admission (₹4–5 lakh potential in 5 months) Job Description We are opening a new ICSE school (Pre-Nursery to Class 3) in Sri Muktsar Sahib (rural area) and are looking for admission counsellors on a contract basis. This is a performance-based role where counsellors will conduct door-to-door admission campaigns to achieve a target of 200 confirmed admissions between December 2024 and April 2025. Successful candidates/agencies can earn ₹4–5 lakh within 5 months, with additional incentives for exceeding targets. Responsibilities: Conduct door-to-door visits to promote school admissions. Counsel parents on school features, curriculum, and benefits. Generate leads, follow up, and ensure confirmed admissions. Submit daily and weekly progress reports. Work in assigned rural and nearby areas. Follow dress code (branded T-shirt will be provided). Requirements: Agency OR minimum 5 individuals who can work as a team. Local knowledge and good communication skills. Sales/marketing/counselling experience preferred (not mandatory). Highly motivated, target-driven, and reliable. No agency registration required – even self-made groups of friends can apply. Compensation & Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹2,500 per confirmed admission. Target: 200 admissions = ₹4–5 lakh in 5 months. Bonus: 25% higher incentive per admission after target is achieved. If targets are not met, incentives may be reduced. Food and accommodation can be arranged, but expenses will be self-paid.
