• 8+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, or agentic systems, with a strong track record of shipping AI solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, PhD preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow; familiarity with agentic workflows and LLM integration.
• Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end product development in fast-paced, ambiguous settings with a bias for execution.

• Drive end-to-end development of AI-powered products, from ideation and prototyping to scalable deployment.
• Mentor a high-performing applied research team focused on building agentic AI systems for security applications.
• Foster a startup-like culture of agility, ownership, and rapid experimentation to accelerate product innovation. Cultivate an inclusive, growth-oriented team culture that values curiosity, bold thinking, and continuous learning. Collaborate across research, product, and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge AI into real-world scenarios.
