Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (mandatory); Master's in Project Management preferred
  • Certifications in HVAC, LEED, or PMP are advantageous

Preferred Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience in real estate or hospitality project execution
  • Proven track record in leading end-to-end execution of
    luxury hotel developments

Role Overview:

The Project Director – Execution will be responsible for complete delivery of complex, high-value luxury hospitality projects across Guwahati and Bangalore. This senior leadership position ensures seamless coordination across teams, driving execution excellence and alignment with the brand's vision, quality standards, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-cycle execution of luxury hospitality and residential developments.
  • Translate strategic project plans into executable action roadmaps.
  • Ensure adherence to design intent, brand standards, statutory approvals, and contractual obligations.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Interface with investors, leadership, and client teams to align expectations and resolve challenges.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and cash flow forecasts with a strong focus on cost optimization.
  • Drive quality control, HSE standards, and compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of on-site issues.
  • Maintain accurate progress reports and project documentation for audits and handovers.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strategic project planning and leadership for high-end hospitality developments.
  • Strong technical knowledge in civil, MEP, interior finishing, and value engineering.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Oracle P6, and related ERP tools.
  • Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams across multiple projects.
