Test Automation Specialist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and specialized Senior Tricentis Tosca Automation Lead to drive the strategy, design, and implementation of automated testing across our complex SAP enterprise landscape. This role requires expert proficiency in Tricentis Tosca to build, manage, and execute resilient automated test cases, primarily focusing on SAP S/4HANA and integrated cloud solutions. The Lead will establish robust test automation frameworks and ensure comprehensive coverage of critical End-to-End (E2E), integration, and high-volume business scenarios, including stringent cybersecurity validation.

Core Responsibilities :

Tricentis Tosca Test Automation & Design :

- Design, develop, and implement complex automated test cases utilizing Tricentis Tosca as the primary tool for enterprise applications.

- Ensure comprehensive test coverage across the core SAP landscape, including SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors (SF), Ariba, Fiori applications, and associated mobile apps.

- Apply advanced Tosca features (e.g., TBox, TDM, API testing) to build stable, reusable, and efficient test scripts.

Framework Establishment & Governance :

- Establish and govern structured test automation frameworks from the ground up, defining best practices for organization, maintenance, and execution.

- Design and manage shared test libraries, common modules, and reusable components within Tosca to optimize development time and maintainability.

- Define and implement robust execution cycles and detailed reporting mechanisms to provide clear, actionable insights into testing progress and application quality.

Integration and ALM Connectivity :

- Configure and manage the technical integration of automated Tosca test cases with the primary Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platforms, including SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM (C-ALM) where applicable.

- Ensure seamless traceability of test results and defects between Tosca and the ALM systems.

Critical Scenario Coverage (Functional & Technical) :

- End-to-End (E2E) Scenarios : Develop and maintain cross-functional E2E scenarios spanning multiple business processes and systems (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay).

- Integration Scenarios : Focus on validating data integrity and process handoffs within SAP modules (e.g., FI-CO, MM-PP) and between SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., third-party logistics, banks).

- High-Volume & Critical Standalone Scenarios, including :

- HCM : Automated validation of key Employee Self-Service (ESS) transactions in SuccessFactors/Fiori.

- Supply Chain : Robust testing of core Procurement transactions in Ariba and S/4HANA.

- Finance : Automation of time-critical processes such as Payment Requests, Month-End Closing, and Year-End Closing procedures.

- Cybersecurity Validation : Implement and execute the 21 specified cybersecurity test cases using Tosca to validate system resilience and security controls.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- Extensive experience (5 years preferred) in software testing, with a dedicated focus on test automation.

- Expert-level proficiency and certification in Tricentis Tosca for designing and executing automated test cases.

- Deep, verifiable functional and technical experience testing SAP environments, specifically S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Ariba.

- Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks from scratch.

- Strong technical experience configuring integration between test tools and SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM.

- Solid understanding of the functional processes within SAP HCM, Supply Chain (Procurement), and Finance.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with API and Mobile application testing using Tricentis Tosca.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of Tricentis Test Data Management (TDM) capabilities.

- Experience in regulated industries requiring formal SOX or GxP compliance validation.
