Structural Fabrication Engineer

Location: Bahrain

Position Type: Full-time

We are a leading company in the shading and structural solutions industry, specializing in car parking shades, tents, pergola shades, kids' play area shades, canopies, and large warehouse structures. To strengthen our growing team, we are seeking a Structural Fabrication Engineer with a passion for innovation, quality, and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and supervise the fabrication of car parking shades, tents, pergolas, kids' play area shades, canopies, and large-scale warehouse structures.
  • Create detailed 2D and 3D designs using industry-standard software.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure fabrication meets project specifications and timelines.
  • Select appropriate materials, focusing on UV-protected fabrics and structural elements.
  • Oversee onsite installations and provide technical guidance during project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the shading structure industry.
  • Strong understanding of UV fabrics, their properties, and their application in shading solutions.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Previous experience in Gulf countries is an advantage.
