Sales Representative

The Sales Rep will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales operations of the bike showroom. He/She will manage the sales team, achieve sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales executives to enhance performance.
• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales and prepare performance reports.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure showroom display and bike inventory are maintained as per brand standards.
• Coordinate with service, finance, and insurance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and conduct sales promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
• Train sales staff on product knowledge, soft skills, and closing techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
