Role Description

Role Description:

As a Senior Technical Lead - Android Engineer at Incedo, you will be responsible for designing and developing native Android applications. You will work with a team of developers and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, as well as troubleshooting and fixing issues.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•    Design and develop mobile solutions using Android technologies.

•    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.

•    Configure and deploy mobile solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.

•    Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.

•    Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.

•    Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.

 

Technical Skills

Skills Requirements:


•    Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages

•    Experience in building and deploying Android applications

•    Familiarity with Android architecture components and libraries

•    Knowledge of Android SDK and Android Studio

•    Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.

•    Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help employees grow and develop professionally and focus on Career Management.

 

Nice-to-have skills Qualifications

Qualifications 


• years of work experience in relevant field

•    B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
