Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Developer with mandatory experience in the Fintech domain to join our agile engineering team. You will be a key contributor to the design, development, and deployment of robust, high-availability back-end services for our critical financial systems. This role requires technical leadership, a strong command of security and regulatory best practices, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and secure server-side applications using and relevant frameworks
  • Oversee the integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
  • Manage deployment and monitoring in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure) and work closely with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline improvements (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Assist in defining the overall system architecture and participate in technical design documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of professional experience in back-end development with a strong focus on
  • MANDATORY: Proven, hands-on experience working on Fintech, Banking, Payments, or Cryptography-related projects.
  • Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including modern ES6+ features
  • Strong experience with at least one relational database (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and one NoSQL database (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Knowledge of Blockchain technology, smart contracts (Solidity), or Web3 libraries , ) can be a plus point.
  • Client communication is must

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹600, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
