Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, automating, and managing infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Terraform, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), automation with Ansible, scripting (Bash/Python), CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration with Kubernetes. Strong communication skills and customer interaction experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS, GCP, and on-premises environments.

· Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for consistent and automated deployments.

· Automate configuration management and provisioning using Ansible.

· Develop automation scripts in Bash and Python to streamline system operations and workflows.

· Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.

· Deploy, monitor, and scale applications using Kubernetes (both managed services like EKS/GKE and self-managed clusters).

· Set up and manage monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.

· Collaborate with development teams to improve software delivery, reliability, and scalability.

· Provide support for on-prem infrastructure modernization and cloud migration initiatives.

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers to understand requirements and provide solutions.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

· 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.

· Strong expertise in Terraform (IaC) for cloud and on-prem provisioning.

· Hands-on experience with AWS and GCP environments.

· Proficiency in Ansible for configuration management.

· Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.

· Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.

· Practical experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and log monitoring using ELK.

· Proven experience with Kubernetes in both managed (EKS/GKE) and self-managed/on-prem deployments.

· Experience managing on-premises infrastructure.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills with customer-facing exposure.

Nice-to-Have Skills

· Knowledge or hands-on experience with ETL pipelines.

· Experience working with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.
