Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily dispatch of goods and maintain proper records
  • Process e-commerce orders (Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Generate labels, invoices, and shipping documents
  • Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for smooth deliveries
  • Track and update order status on portals
  • Maintain inventory reports related to dispatch

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Printing, etc.)
  • Must know how to operate e-commerce portals (order processing, label generation, etc.)
  • Good coordination & communication skills
  • Ability to work with accuracy and meet dispatch timelines

Qualification & Experience:

  • 12th Pass / Graduate / Post-Graduate
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce (Freshers with good skills can also apply)
  • Knowledge of MS Excel is compulsory
