Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial planning, monitoring and analyzing financial data, and preparing and presenting financial statements. The role involves financial reporting, analyzing company performance, identifying trends, developing strategies to optimize financial outcomes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Planning and generating strategies for effective fiscal management
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial information and provide insights
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and reports
  • Knowledge of Finance and Financial Reporting processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in financial tools and software such as Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
