Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support & On-Field Service:
⮚ Attend on-site service calls and manage equipment breakdowns at customer locations, including hotels, companies, and institutions.
⮚ Interact with customers courteously and professionally, addressing service concerns and queries with technical accuracy.
⮚ Diagnose issues accurately on-site and perform necessary troubleshooting to restore machine functionality.
- Repair & Maintenance:
⮚ Analyze machines brought to the service center, identify faults, and prepare detailed repair estimates.
⮚ Perform timely repairs and ensure machines are restored and ready for delivery within minimal turnaround time.
⮚ Identify and recommend suitable replacement parts for machines and assist walk-in customers with accurate spare part selection.
- Sales & Service Promotion:
⮚ Promote and upsell new machines and genuine spare parts during service visits.
⮚ Convince customers of the value and necessity of repairs based on technical assessment and cost estimates.
⮚ Actively convert out-of-warranty customers into Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) by highlighting the long-term benefits of scheduled service.
- Demonstrations & Technical Guidance:
⮚ Conduct demonstrations of machines and equipment for potential and existing clients.
⮚ Train customers on proper machine usage, care, and basic maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Coordination & Inventory Support:
⮚ Communicate repair estimates to customers via phone and obtain necessary approvals before proceeding.
⮚ Support the stores team in identifying unidentified or mismatched spare parts and ensuring proper tagging for inventory accuracy.

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
