Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Tendering submission and analysis
  • Plan, design, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
  • Supervise on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections, measurements, and progress monitoring.
  • Prepare project reports, drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Estimate costs, resources, and timelines for projects.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company policies.
  • Solve technical issues and provide engineering support to the team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in civil engineering within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, or similar software.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
