We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team at Tredence Inc. in Pune, India. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data processing systems.

Role & responsibilities

  • Design and develop ETL/ELT solutions using Azure services and tools
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and meet data requirements
  • Implement batch & near real-time data ingestion pipelines
  • Work on event-driven cloud platforms for cloud services and apps, data integration for building and managing pipelines, and data warehouse running on serverless infrastructure
  • Develop workflow orchestration using Azure Cloud Data Engineering components Databricks, Synapse, etc.

Requirements:

  • In-depth technical knowledge of tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Synapse, SQL DB, ADLS, etc.
  • 5-14 years of total IT experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work with large cross-functional teams and drive customer calls independently
  • Azure Certified Data Engineer certification

Good to Have:

  • Experience on cloud migration methodologies and processes
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps and GitHub
