Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce product implementations for large OEMs. Our product is deployed globally across complex enterprise environments.

As a Technical Architect, you will define the end-to-end solution architecture, oversee technical delivery, and ensure that our product integrates seamlessly with customers' IT landscapes. You will balance technical expertise with consultative leadership, working closely with customer executives, enterprise architects, developers, and delivery teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, demonstrates a problem-solving mindset, and brings both attitude and aptitude to thrive in a high-impact environment while also staying ahead of the curve with AI/Agentforce capabilities and Salesforce's latest innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design / Architecture
• Own end-to-end technical architecture for enterprise product implementations frameworks, and accelerators that align with product roadmap and enterprise best practices.
• Own architecture for implementations involving complex integrations, high-volume data migrations, and customizations.
• Ensure adherence to standards of scalability, performance, security, and usability.
• Integration & Data Migration
• Design complex integrations with customer legacy systems, ERP, CRM, and external platforms using MuleSoft, REST, SOAP, and event-driven patterns.
• Oversee large-scale data migrations ensuring data integrity, compliance, and performance.
• Delivery Leadership
• Provide technical leadership across implementation phases—Discovery, Build, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare.
• Guide development teams on coding standards, best practices, and architectural guardrails.
• Conduct design/code reviews to ensure adherence to enterprise standards.
• AI, Analytics & Innovation
• Leverage Salesforce AI (Einstein, Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, GenAI for Developers) to design intelligent solutions that improve automation, service, and insights.
• Drive adoption of predictive analytics, generative AI capabilities, and LLM integration into product workflows.
• Stay updated with Salesforce's evolving AI Cloud offerings, integrating them into customer solutions.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner with customers, senior leadership, product managers, and delivery teams to convert business needs into technical designs.
• Facilitate design workshops, technical discovery sessions, and proof-of-concept builds with client stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both technical and business leadership.
• Governance & Quality
• Define and enforce best practices in solution architecture, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and development standards.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical audits to ensure solution integrity.
• Continuously refine and optimize solution delivery processes.
• Leadership & Mentorship
• Mentor junior architects, developers, and consultants across onsite/offshore teams.
• Provide technical direction within Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Required Skills & Experience

• Core Salesforce Expertise
• 10+ years in Salesforce ecosystem with deep expertise in , Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Platform Events.
• Experience with AppExchange products, Salesforce Security, and Enterprise Integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, Copado, Gearset).
• Enterprise Implementation Experience
• Proven track record leading large-scale SaaS product implementations for enterprise/OEM customers.
• Expertise in complex integrations, data migration at scale, and multi-cloud architecture.
• Solid grasp of enterprise IT landscapes—ERP, CRM, Middleware, Data Warehouses.
• AI & Emerging Tech
• Hands-on with Salesforce Einstein AI, AI Cloud, Einstein Copilot, and Generative AI Builder tools.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models (internal or external LLMs) into Salesforce workflows.
• Leadership & Soft Skills
• Strong consultative skills with ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead distributed technical teams across geographies.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progressing on Architect journey.
• Salesforce Application/System Architect certifications.
• Salesforce AI Associate or relevant Einstein AI certifications.
• MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.
