Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Team Lead. The SEO Team Lead will oversee the development and execution of effective SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, supervise link-building initiatives, and ensure optimal on-page SEO implementation. Daily responsibilities include analyzing web performance metrics, optimizing website visibility, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align SEO strategies with overarching marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Keyword Research and the ability to identify high-performing keywords
  • Expertise in Link Building techniques and strategies
  • Strong skills in On-Page SEO and comprehensive understanding of SEO best practices
  • Familiarity with Web Analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Marketing knowledge and experience aligning SEO initiatives with broader marketing goals
  • Proactive problem-solving and team management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in leading SEO teams and a proven track record in executing successful SEO campaigns
  • Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
