We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual and/or automation testing, with a strong understanding of software testing processes and a keen eye for identifying defects and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
  • Identify, record, and track bugs through Jira or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve issues and ensure high-quality releases.
  • Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance product quality and testing efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software testing (manual).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
  • Experience with testing tools such as Jira, Postman, Selenium, or TestRail.
  • Familiarity with API testing and database validation (SQL).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of automation frameworks.
  • Exposure to Agile methodology.
  • Knowledge of performance or security testing is a plus.
