Job Title: Telesales Executive (Insurance & Loan Products)
Experience: 1 - 3 Years (with telesales of any financial products)
Education: Any Graduate
Locations: Gurgaon
About the Role: The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for selling insurance and loan products via phone. This role requires persuasive communication, customer understanding, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell insurance and loan products.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the company's products and industry offerings.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues.

Requirements:

- Basic computer and Excel skills.
