Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management & Conversion

Handle high-priority leads and walk-ins, offering detailed counselling sessions.

Convert inquiries into successful admissions through effective communication.

Ensure higher conversion ratios compared to junior counselors.

2. Counseling & Advising

Provide expert guidance to students and parents regarding courses, career paths, admission requirements, and institute offerings.

Assist students in selecting suitable programs based on interests, academic background, and goals.

3. Team Support & Mentoring

Train, guide, and support junior admission counselors.

Review team performance, share best practices, and help achieve team admission targets.

4. Admission Process Management

Oversee the entire admission journey—from inquiry to enrollment.

Ensure accurate documentation, verification, and completion of admission formalities.

Maintain updated knowledge of courses, fee structures, scholarships, and policies.

5. Follow-ups & Relationship Building

Conduct structured follow-ups via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.

Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure satisfaction and retention.

6. Reporting & Data Management

Maintain and update CRM systems and student databases.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and counseling performance.

Analyze admission trends to suggest improvements.

7. Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with marketing teams for lead generation and event participation.

Coordinate with academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.

8. Event Participation

Represent the institution in education fairs, webinars, seminars, and promotional events.

Conduct presentations and group counseling sessions when required.

9. Target Achievement

Meet and exceed individual and team admission targets.

Implement strategies to increase enrollment numbers.
