Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform. The role involves customizing and enhancing ServiceNow modules to support IT operations and business processes.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and customize core ServiceNow applications, including ITSM and ITOM modules.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts.

- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Build and customize portal pages using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Manage and maintain the CMDB and ensure data integrity.

- Conduct testing, debugging, and documentation for all developed components.

- Stay up to date with new ServiceNow features, perform upgrades, and provide ongoing application support.

Qualifications :

years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong understanding of platform capabilities.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, configuration, and deployment.

- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP web services.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes preferred.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
