About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Quality Assurance Engineer
with hands-on experience in
Content Management Systems (CMS)
to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our web applications and platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience testing sites built on one or more CMS platforms such as
Drupal, Magento, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Shopify, Magnolia, Kentico, or Oracle WebCenter
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for CMS-based websites and applications.
  • Perform
    functional, regression, integration, and cross-browser/device testing
    .
  • Verify CMS functionalities including templates, workflows, modules, plugins, and content publishing.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure product quality.
  • Validate UI/UX consistency and responsiveness across devices.
  • Document, track, and report bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Work with development teams to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
  • Ensure accessibility, SEO compliance, and security best practices for CMS-driven content.
  • Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and quality gate approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of QA/testing experience
    with at least one CMS platform (Drupal, Magento, AEM, Sitecore, Shopify, Magnolia, Kentico, Oracle WebCenter, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of
    QA methodologies, processes, and tools
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    cross-browser/device testing
    tools (e.g., BrowserStack, LambdaTest).
  • Familiarity with
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    for UI verification.
  • Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
