We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile App Developer to design, build, and optimize mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile technologies, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can take ownership of projects from concept to deployment. You will play a key role in shaping our mobile product strategy, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring our apps are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.

Role & responsibilities

Mobile App Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for [iOS, Android, or cross-platform frameworks like Flutter/React Native].
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Integrate with RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend systems.
  • Ensure app performance, quality, and responsiveness.

Architecture & Design

  • Contribute to application architecture and technical decision-making.
  • Advocate for best practices in mobile development, including modularization, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and battery efficiency.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high coding standards.
  • Mentor and support junior developers.

Quality & Delivery

  • Implement automated testing (unit, integration, UI tests) to ensure robust applications.
  • Monitor and resolve production issues with quick turnaround.

Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and industry trends

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in mobile app development.

  • Strong expertise in [Swift/Objective-C for iOS], [Kotlin/Java for Android], or [cross-platform frameworks like Flutter/React Native].
  • Experience with app store deployment and release management (App Store, Google Play).
  • Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud integration (Firebase, AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and automated testing tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
