Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET Core, ReactJS, SQL, Microservices, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, secure applications—preferably in the healthcare domain—and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Must Have Technical Experience

·       Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure full-stack applications using .NET Core (backend) and ReactJS (frontend).

·       Build responsive and user-friendly UI components using ReactJS, Redux, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

·       Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures (MS SQL Server or similar).

·       Design and implement Microservices architecture with containerization (Docker preferred).

·       Integrate and deploy services using AWS Cloud (Lambda, ECS, S3, API Gateway, etc.).

·       Ensure applications meet security and compliance standards — preferably healthcare (HIPAA or similar).

Must Have Functional Experience

·       Collaborate with internal teams for application architecture, performance tuning, and code reviews.

·       Work independently as an individual contributor, taking ownership of end-to-end module delivery.

·       Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles and provide accurate estimations and updates.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with root cause analysis and effective fixes.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Prior experience working in Healthcare or Health Tech projects.

·       Strong understanding of data privacy and security standards.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to perform with minimal supervision.
