Roles and Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the manufacturing and engineering sectors across India.

Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, plant managers, and decision-makers of client organizations.

Promote the company's recruitment and staffing services to potential clients through calls, meetings, and presentations.

Understand client requirements for white-collar positions such as Sales, Service, Application, Production, and Design Engineers.

Collaborate closely with the internal recruitment delivery team to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client mandates.

Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service agreements to clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate client data, leads, and activities in CRM / Excel tracking systems.

Stay updated with market trends and manpower requirements in the manufacturing and engineering domains.

Ensure high standards of professional ethics, client satisfaction, and service delivery.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition within a domestic recruitment consultancy (Non-IT / Manufacturing sector).
