Position: Assistant Manager Production Planning & Control (PPC)

Industry: Plastic Injection Molding (Preferred)

Location: Talegaon, Pune

Experience: 9 to 14 Years

Salary: Up to 10 LPA (Not Negotiable)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner to Maximum 15 Days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor end-to-end Production Planning & Control (PPC) for plastic injection molding operations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, supply chain, maintenance) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Optimize resources to achieve production targets, minimize downtime, and control costs.
  • Monitor material availability and ensure timely procurement planning.
  • Track production performance and prepare MIS reports for management review.
  • Drive continuous improvements in productivity, efficiency, and process compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) within plastic injection molding industry.
  • Exposure to Korean/Japanese MNC working culture will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of capacity planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to join immediately or within 15 days.
