We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Analyst I to join our team at SteerLean, an IT Services & Consulting company. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Conduct thorough security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to continuously improve security posture.
  • Provide expert guidance on security best practices and compliance regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze security event logs to detect potential incidents.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of security principles, including threat analysis and risk management.
  • Experience with security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  • Proficiency in security tools like SIEM systems, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
