At the heart of Univision is the Think Phase, and we are hiring Aptitude Test Counselors who can truly transform lives—one psychometric session at a time.

YOUR ROLE:


• Recommend and administer the right psychometric test for students (14–18 years).


• Generate and analyze the test report using our in-house tech tools.


• Deliver a powerful interpretation session to parents and teens—this is the soul of the program.


• Your report presentation must create a "WOW effect" that leaves families feeling grateful and motivated.


• Build trust, spark clarity, and make families feel like they just made the best decision of their life.

WHO YOU ARE:


• A psychologist, career counselor, or educator with strong psychometric experience.


• Mastery of teen psychology, career trends, and aptitude testing.


• Fluent, confident, and charismatic communicator—your words should inspire


• Warm, compassionate, and skilled at building instant rapport with both parents and students.


• Motivated to leave a lasting impact—not just tick boxes.


• Bonus: Experience with DMIT, MBTI, Holland Code, or related tools.
