Job Description
Dealing with Contractual matters Leading discussions with client on contractual matters and Highlighting the timelines and associated damages with milestones.
Highlighting Issues Initiating studies on issues highlighted by HCM and collating all supporting documents from various ISHs.
Team Collaboration to safeguard organizational interest Obtaining opinion from HO & Stake holders to safeguard organizational interest.
Follow Ups Follow up of claims/ approvals submitted to client for approval. Follow up with client to ensure invoices are not held up for contractual deficiencies.
Billing SOP Implementation of Billing SOP to ensure timely submission of invoice and collection of payment.
Record/Track Keeping Keeping track of quality issues related to billing, implementation of SOP related to quantities reconciliation.
MIS Preparing Monthly progress reports forming part of contractual obligations. Preparing first cut draft of letters with inputs from site.
MOM preparation Collecting documents for additional work executed. Finalizing Minutes of meeting in consultation to HCM
Preparing position papers Preparing detailed note sheet of critical cases for appraisal to management in view of mitigating the risk anticipated from the issue.
Identification of opportunities Identifying the long term opportunities from the Contract (technical & commercial), preparing action plan and implementing the same for encashing the opportunity in timely manner.
Invoicing Suggesting finance team for preparation of invoice, discussion with costumer for its certification within contractual frame work.
