Your responsibilities will include following but not limited to-
DFM to confirm part mfg. feasibility & development
Engine Development & Verification including Dimensional & functional inspection & Verification of Sample & Lot
New Supplier Evaluation & Process Upgradation
Process Audit and validation

On day-to-day basis you will work on drawing study, DFMEA and benchmarking, new technology introduction, multi-level QAV

1. B.E/ Diploma in Mech. Engg.
years in Engine related development

1. Development process knowledge, Ability to read Drawings, GD&T
Defect Analysis, PPAP, APQP & QC Tools
Hands on experience in Inspection techniques & measuring instruments, CMM/ Scanning / Vernier / Height Gauge / Bevel Protector / Profile projector /Contour /Roughness tester etc.
Understanding of 2W parts (Sheet Metal, Fabrication, Casting, Forging, Proprietary) manufacturing processes, development planning, layout, fixtures / tool / dies design approval and development
