Associate Java Developer**

**Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

We're looking for an Associate Java Developer (2–4 years) who's eager to deepen their expertise in backend development and contribute to enterprise-grade software used by leading financial institutions. If you're passionate about writing clean, efficient code, optimizing performance, and learning modern frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, and ReactJS, this is your chance to grow in a collaborative environment that values innovation and learning agility.

What you will do:


• Design, develop, and optimize backend components using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.


• Build scalable APIs: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations that power our enterprise applications.


• Database mastery: Write and tune complex SQL queries; collaborate with DB teams to ensure seamless data flow between applications and databases.


• Debug and troubleshoot: Identify root causes, fix defects, and improve system performance and reliability.


• Collaborate across teams: Partner with QA, DevOps, and front-end developers to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.


• Explore new technologies: Gain hands-on exposure to AWS, GitHub, and AI-assisted coding tools like Copilot.


• Contribute to continuous improvement: Participate in code reviews and suggest improvements for maintainability and performance.

What We're Looking For:


• 2–4 years of experience in Java-based development.

• Strong understanding of Core Java, including inheritance, interfaces, collections, and exception handling.

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate (or other ORM frameworks).

• Proficient in SQL — able to write and optimize queries for Oracle or PostgreSQL databases.

• Experience with REST APIs and JSON-based integrations.

• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD practices.

• Curiosity to explore cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and AI-assisted coding tools.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
