Accounts Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts & Administration Manager to lead our finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will oversee accounting, budgeting, and compliance, while also ensuring efficient day-to-day administration and coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to support management decisions.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance including GST, TDS, income tax, and audit requirements.
- Supervise and guide the accounting and administrative teams to achieve department goals.
- Manage payroll, staff attendance, and related HR coordination.
- Oversee procurement, office administration, and maintenance of company records.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and vendors.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and company policies.
- Support management with financial insights and operational improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting softwares and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
