About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant with exposure to AI/Gen AI solutions to work on enterprise-level Adobe Digital Media projects. The role involves driving adoption of Adobe tools, building strategies for growth, analyzing business data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase adoption of Adobe solutions in enterprise clients.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and financial forecasting to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and finance teams to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs and success metrics, providing actionable insights and improvements.
  • Identify business inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies (Gen AI, digital media trends) and advise clients on their application.
  • Partner with client leadership teams to define priorities and deliver measurable value.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Business / related field.
  • 5–10 years' experience in business consulting, strategy, or digital transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms.
  • Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Familiarity with strategy frameworks (SWOT, PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in adoption of digital/AI solutions is a strong plus.
