Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master with 4–5 years of proven expertise in Agile frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, guiding teams in adopting best practices, and ensuring smooth delivery of high-quality products. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator to drive continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the Scrum framework is followed and help the team understand Agile principles.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
  • Support Product Owner in maintaining a healthy product backlog.
  • Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
  • Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and self-organization within the team.
  • Protect the team from external disruptions and scope creep.
  • Encourage team accountability and transparency in delivery.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 4–5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS).
  • Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.).
  • Certification(s): Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), or equivalent (preferred).

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
  • Experience working with distributed or global teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3.00 - ₹7.00 per year
