Job Summary:

Sakon India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst – Invoice Management to join our finance operations team. This role focuses on processing, validating, and reconciling high volumes of invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payments. The ideal candidate will bring strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our financial processes and building trusted vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing & Validation:

  • Review and validate supplier invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receipts.
  • Ensure all invoices comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Process invoices in the ERP system with high accuracy and within defined SLAs.

Reconciliation & Reporting:

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date invoice records for internal audits and compliance checks.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on invoice status and payment cycles.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Liaise with vendors to clarify invoice queries and resolve disputes.
  • Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth payment workflows.
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with all stakeholders.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify gaps in invoice processing and recommend process enhancements.
  • Participate in automation initiatives and ERP system optimization projects.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements.

Key Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Certification in finance operations, accounts payable, or ERP systems preferred.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, or financial operations.
  • Experience working with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation).
  • Good understanding of invoice-to-pay processes.
  • High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume transactions and meet tight deadlines.

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • Invoice processing accuracy: 98%
  • Average invoice processing time: 3 business days
  • Dispute resolution turnaround: 5 business days
  • On-time payments: 95%

Compensation:

  • Annual CTC: ₹4–₹6 LPA
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 8% of CTC
