Role Snapshot

You'll represent international brands through chat, and email, helping customers across different time zones. The role blends communication, problem solving, and service excellence—ideal for anyone eager to build a professional career in international customer engagement.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Respond to global customers via live chat
  • Resolve queries quickly and document each interaction in CRM tools
  • Deliver a positive customer experience in every contact
  • Follow quality metrics and meet team performance goals
  • Coordinate with leads for process improvements

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong command of spoken & written English
  • Confident, empathetic, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts (24×7)
  • Willing to relocate to Jaipur for on-site work
  • Freshers and experienced applicants welcome
