Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for a Draughtsman. The Draughtsman will be responsible for creating technical drawings, blueprints, and plans based on engineering and architectural specifications. The role includes collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers, ensuring designs meet required technical standards, and modifying and updating designs as needed for projects. The position requires a strong focus on structural and architectural accuracy while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD and related tools
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
  • Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and standards
  • Attention to detail and strong visualization skills for creating accurate designs
  • Relevant experience in creating blueprints for residential, institutional, and commercial projects is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Diploma or degree in architecture, civil engineering, or related technical field
  • Familiarity with structural health monitoring and documentation preparation is an advantage
