Job Description

We are seeking an Agentic AI Development Lead — a hands-on innovator who thrives in ambiguity, is passionate about generative AI, and is ready to transform business workflows through agentic automation.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who can blend technical depth, business understanding, and change leadership to accelerate adoption of AI across our organization. You'll be at the forefront of shaping how Team leverages autonomous AI agents to drive productivity, scalability, and customer success.

What You'll Do

  • Reimagine Workflows: Partner with teams across client to understand their processes and reimagine them through the lens of automation and agentic AI. Drive adoption with empathy for change and operational impact.
  • Design & Build AI Agents: Develop both low-code and high-code agents that automate key business functions. Deliver scalable, cost-effective agents that integrate seamlessly into team workflows and enterprise systems.
  • Evaluate & Optimize: Establish evaluation datasets and metrics to monitor agent performance, accuracy, and ROI. Support decisions around build vs. buy, and benchmark vendors and third-party tools.
  • Operationalize AI: Analyze usage patterns, optimize for cost and performance, and ensure responsible use of AI across business functions.
  • Evangelize & Educate: Play a leading role in the AI Center of Excellence. Mentor internal teams, conduct training sessions, and share best practices. Champion safe, responsible, and effective use of AI.

Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously explore new AI capabilities, frameworks, and governance models. Adapt your strategies as the AI ecosystem evolves​

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise:
  • 8+ years of experience in Python, with deep knowledge of data structures, API integrations, and security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience building, deploying, and optimizing AI agents, LLM-based workflows, or automation frameworks.
  • Business Acumen:
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong communication and partnership skills — success means enabling others to succeed.
  • Educator & Influencer:
  • Passion for sharing AI knowledge and driving adoption across both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Machine Learning & AI Knowledge:
  • Solid understanding of LLMs, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI safety, governance, and evaluation methods.
