Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Senior Assistant role located in Rudrapur. The Senior Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities, coordinating with team members, maintaining organizational records, and assisting in the execution of company processes. The role will also involve preparing reports, managing documentation, facilitating communication, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in administrative tasks, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members
• Competency in record management, documentation, and report preparation
• Proficiency in using standard office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a structured on-site environment and adhere to deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is an advantage
