Role Description

We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee end-to-end couture production at our Hyderabad atelier. This is a full-time on-site role. The Production Manager will ensure timely, high-quality output across all collections—balancing tradition with innovation. Core responsibilities include:

  • Planning and managing production schedules for couture and prêt lines.
  • Ensuring
    exacting quality standards aligned with luxury positioning.
  • Coordinating with artisans, suppliers, and embroidery units for timely delivery.
  • Streamlining manufacturing processes in line with innovation initiatives (ERP, sustainability goals).
  • Driving operational efficiency while preserving craftsmanship

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fashion production management with exposure to luxury or ethnic wear.
  • Strong knowledge of textiles, embellishments, and couture finishing.
  • Expertise in production scheduling, supplier coordination, and quality control.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of ERP/Inventory systems (e.g., Logic ERP) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Fashion Design, or related field.
