Role Highlights:

Design, develop, and support Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations

Create and review functional & technical specification documents

Manage incidents/tickets and ensure SLA/KPI adherence

Collaborate with stakeholders and provide production support

Mentor and guide team members for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience with
    Guidewire PolicyCenter, GOSU, and Java
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies & quality processes
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and client interaction
