Job Title: BMC TrueSight Orchestration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive BMC TrueSight Orchestration Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining orchestration workflows to automate IT processes and improve operational efficiency. This role is open for candidates based in Mumbai or those who prefer remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automation workflows using BMC TrueSight Orchestration (TSO).
  • Integrate TSO with various ITSM tools, monitoring systems, and infrastructure components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for performance and reliability.
  • Maintain documentation for workflows, integrations, and automation standards.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BMC TrueSight Orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of IT process automation and orchestration concepts.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools like BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Good knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BMC certifications in TrueSight or related modules.
  • Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
