About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Account Executive
to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience
managing accounts for small and medium-sized businesses, with strong expertise in
Tally
and compliance processes. We require someone who can
join immediately
and take care of our accounting operations seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, ledger management and finalization of accounts
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and tax filings.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Handle payroll accounting, vendor payments, and client invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and collaborate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
  • Experience:
    Good experience in accounting, preferably with small and medium businesses.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in
    Tally ERP
    (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be based in Bangalore and available for
    immediate joining
    .
