Position: Senior MERN Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our on-site engineering team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in MongoDB, , , and , along with strong architectural understanding, problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Lead the technical architecture and contribute to strategic decisions for the product.
  • Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Optimize application performance, including REST APIs and database queries.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and DevOps tools.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and promote best engineering practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of professional development experience with the MERN stack.
  • Strong proficiency in , modern JavaScript (ES6+), and state management (Redux/Context API).
  • Deep knowledge of , , and building RESTful APIs.
  • Experience working with MongoDB, schema design, indexing, and aggregation pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of microservices, modular architecture, and design patterns.
  • Solid experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker (preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative on-site environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL or WebSockets.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest/Mocha/Chai.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
