Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Will own the product, create and  maintain a healthy product roadmap
  2. Will be the single point of contact to the client providing them with regular updates, Looking for an individual who has excellent proactive communication skills and has experience handling client escalations as a part of their routine.
  3. Define the metrics to be tracked & arrive at insights based on the metrics, have experience working with analytics tools
  4. Be able to do feature prioritization based on HEART or RICE or any other prioritization technique
  5. Manage & coordinate between different teams from time to time based on the product stage.
  6. Have experience creating Product requirement documentation

Qualifications:

  1. 2+ Year of experience as Product Manager or Product Owner in IT Sector
  2. Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
  3. Excellent client facing experience
  4. Experience in Product Roadmap and Feature Prioritization
  5. Work experience in working with any product from scratch
