Position: Cryo Therapist

Location: Dadu Medical Centre – Rajouri Garden & Vasant Vihar

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Days: All Sundays working

Week Off: Weekdays

Job Summary:

The Cryo Therapist will be responsible for performing cryotherapy treatments, ensuring client comfort and safety, maintaining treatment protocols, and assisting in promoting wellness and recovery through cryo-based therapies. The role requires excellent communication skills, professional grooming, and a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cryotherapy sessions as per Dadu Medical Centre protocols and safety standards.
• Explain treatment procedures and benefits to clients before each session.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and sterilization of the cryo treatment area and equipment.
• Monitor clients during sessions to ensure comfort and safety.
• Maintain client treatment records and update reports accurately.
• Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, and front desk teams for smooth client flow.
• Guide clients on post-treatment care and recommended follow-up sessions.
• Ensure punctuality and adherence to clinic schedules.
• Support promotional activities and educate clients on new services.
• Uphold a professional, positive, and customer-centric attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• Qualification in wellness, physiotherapy, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in cryotherapy, spa, wellness, or medical aesthetics desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work in shifts and on Sundays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
