The Warranty Executive is responsible for managing and processing warranty claims in accordance with JCB's policies and procedures. The role ensures accurate documentation, timely claim submission, follow-up with OEM, and coordination with service teams to maintain high customer satisfaction and minimize claim rejections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warranty Claim Management:
  • Register, process, and submit warranty claims in the JCB warranty portal/system.
  • Verify claim eligibility and ensure proper documentation before submission.
  • Track claim status and follow up with OEM for approvals and settlements.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims, approvals, and rejections.
  • Prepare periodic reports on warranty performance, claim ratios, and trends.
  • Ensure accurate entry of claim details, service reports, parts used, and labor costs.
  • Coordination:
  • Liaise with service engineers, parts departments, and dealers to ensure proper claim processing.
  • Coordinate with customers for warranty-related updates and clarifications.
  • Work closely with OEM representatives for inspections, audits, and claim validations.
  • Compliance & Audits:
  • Ensure adherence to JCB warranty policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Support warranty audits and respond to queries from the OEM or internal audit teams.
