Warranty Executive

The Warranty Executive is responsible for managing and processing warranty claims in accordance with JCB's policies and procedures. The role ensures accurate documentation, timely claim submission, follow-up with OEM, and coordination with service teams to maintain high customer satisfaction and minimize claim rejections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warranty Claim Management:
- Register, process, and submit warranty claims in the JCB warranty portal/system.
- Verify claim eligibility and ensure proper documentation before submission.
- Track claim status and follow up with OEM for approvals and settlements.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims, approvals, and rejections.
- Prepare periodic reports on warranty performance, claim ratios, and trends.
- Ensure accurate entry of claim details, service reports, parts used, and labor costs.
- Coordination:
- Liaise with service engineers, parts departments, and dealers to ensure proper claim processing.
- Coordinate with customers for warranty-related updates and clarifications.
- Work closely with OEM representatives for inspections, audits, and claim validations.
- Compliance & Audits:
- Ensure adherence to JCB warranty policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support warranty audits and respond to queries from the OEM or internal audit teams.
